产品介绍  Introduction

1 将下产品放入治具中，打开真空，吸附牢固；

2将已贴好OCA或已涂好水胶的上产品，放入治具中定位；

3按下启动按键，平台前进到腔体下方；

4真空腔下压，抽真空，真空值达到后压头下压；

5贴合完成，真空腔与压头上升，载台复位，重复工作。

 

1. Put lower product on fixture; turn on vacuum to attach it;

2. Put upper product with OCA or LOCA on fixture and positioning it;

3. Press “start” button, platform will move to beneath the chamber;

4. Vacuum chamber moves down, laminating head will falls down to laminate under vacuum station;

5. Laminating finished, vacuum chamber and laminating head moves up, platform reset and repeat the above actions.

功能特点   Features

1人机界面便捷设定和显示各项参数；如平台进出速度、贴合时间、真空值。

2光栅保护对操作人员起一定保护措施。

3对常用功能使用按键操作，使用双启动开关，有效保护误操作启动。

4下平台加热功能温度可调。

5真空腔体，配有可视窗，内置气缸可调节下压行程，平台步进电机驱动，速度可设置，解决常规设置速度不可调问题，保证贴合精度。

6外接真空源，外机箱有效减低噪音。

2. Grating protection can prevent operator from injuries.

3. Using button operation for common functions, and the ways of press double “start” button to operate can avoid operating in wrong ways.

4. Heating temperature of platform can be set as needed.

5. Vacuum chamber equipped with visual window; stroke of laminating head and platform moving speed can be set that can guarantee the accuracy of laminating.

6. External vacuum source with covering can reduce noise effectively.
