本产品适用于各种液晶屏（LCD PANEL ）触摸屏(touch PANEL) 电子墨水显示屏（EPD PANEL)在拆取后返修工艺中的FPC、COF、TAB 、PCB清洗工艺。

This product is used for all kinds of liquid crystal screen (LCD, PANEL), touch screen (touch, PANEL) electronic ink display (EPD, PANEL) in the removing process, FPC, COF, TAB and PCB cleaning process.

 

广泛应用于：中大尺寸液晶屏（LCD PANEL ）；触摸屏(touch PANEL)；电子墨水显示屏（EPD PANEL)的邦定维修工艺。

Widely used in large and medium-sized LCD screen (LCD PANEL), touch screen (touch PANEL), electronic ink display (EPD PANEL) of the maintenance process.

产品介绍Instructions 

 

上下料机（可选配）将装好COF的夹具移载到设备中心位置（上下料位置）并用压紧机构将其固定；COF’’s fixture is be moved to center of the machine by manipulator, then it is be fixed.

 

按下启动按钮，左平台沿X轴方向移动至点液区域，1#点胶头Z轴下降，进行第1次涂液；

The left platform moves along the X axis to ACF remover region, and the 1# header Z axis falls and first time coating.

 

 

 第1次涂液完成；左平台在原位置等待约10秒（时间可设置）后移动至（左清洗位置），刮除机构下降，左平台沿X轴方向运动进行刮除（刮除次数，速度可自主设置）

After first time coating, left platform waits in original 10 seconds (can be set ) then moves to left cleaning area. Cleaning unit falls and moves along X axis to clean ACF ( frequency and speed can be set) 

左平台在左清洗位置时；右平台移动至设备中心位置（上下料位置）；右平台往复以上动作。

When the left platform is in the left cleaning position, the right platform moves to the central position of the machine. The right platform repeats the action of the left platform as above.

 左平台X轴方向刮除完成；左平台沿X轴方向继续移动至点液区域，2#点胶头Z轴下降，进行第2次涂液；

The first cleaning is done. The left platform moves along the X axis to ACF remover region, and the 2# header Z axis falls and second time coating.

 

第2次涂液完成；左平台在原位置等待约10秒（时间可设置）后移动至（左清洗位置），刮除机构下降，左平台沿X轴方向运动进行刮除（刮除次数，速度可自主设置）

After second time coating, left platform waits in original 10 seconds (can be set ) then moves to left cleaning area. Cleaning unit falls and moves along X axis to clean ACF ( frequency and speed can be set) 

 

 以上动作，左平台或右平台均可根据工艺需求设置重复的数量；左、右平台沿X轴交替工作。

According to process, left platform and right platform can be set, such as time, speed and number etc.

 

刮除工艺完成，左右平台回到设备中心位置（上下料位置），上下料机（可选配）进行交替换料。

Finish coating process, left platform and right platform go back to centre of the machine and alternate refueling.

清洗平台由高精度伺服走位控制，精准擦拭；并为自动上下料机构提供了充足的升级空间。

The cleaning platform is controlled by high precision servo positioning control, to ensure precision cleaning. It provides enough space for the upgrade

 

特殊材料定制的清洗头辅加无尘布作业擦拭，便擦拭过程中产品破损率降低，更洁净。Special custom cleaning head works with dust-free cloth cleaning, to ensure product damage rate is reduced.

 

循环使用的无尘布装置，可避免产品二次污染，且机构拆装便利。换型时间大大提高。The recycled dust-free cloth device can avoid the secondary pollution of the product.   It can improve replacement of a product time and it can urge disassembly and assembly more convenient.
