设备用途
本产品适用于各种硬质平面产品与软质平面产品的软对软（SOFT&SOFT）、软对硬（SOFT&RIGID）贴合工艺；如液晶屏（LCD PANEL）、触摸功能玻璃（SENSOR GLASS）、钢化玻璃（COVER LENS）与光学胶（OCA）、偏光片（POLARIZR）的贴合；也可用于光学胶（OCA）与光学胶（OCA）、触摸屏（SENSOR FILM）的贴合。
Application.
The machine is used for RIGID &SOFT, SOFT&SOFT laminating process. Such as lamination between LCD PANEL, SENSOR GLASS, COVER LENS, and OCA, POLARIZER. Also can be used OCA & OCA, OCA &SENSOR FLIM laminate.

产品介绍
Introductions.
1. 将Film下产品放置于网版腔上，按下风机按钮，吸附牢固（手动撕去保护膜）。
Place the Film products on the cavity, and press the fan button to firmly adsorb (tear the protective film manually).
2. 将“Film”&“Glass上产品”放置于翻转板上，按下真空按钮，吸附牢固（手动撕去保护膜）
Place "Film" & "Glass products" on the flipping board, press the vacuum button, and firmly adsorb (manually tear the protective film)。
按下双启动开光按钮，自动对位，对位OK后平台翻转板180度翻转到位；插销锁紧机构将翻转板锁住。
Press the double start button, then automatically align. After alignment is done, plate turns 180 degree and locked by locking Mechanism.
3. 网箱单元移动到贴合位，网版腔体整体上升到位。
The screen moves to the laminating position, and the cavity is raised.
4. 贴合滚轮上升，移动，进行贴合，完成后，网箱单元复位，人工从平台上取下产品。
The roller rises, moves and laminate. After lamination is done, the cavity unit is reset and go back to original position. the product is removed from the platform manually.

操作控制按钮：对常用功能使用按键操作，使用双启动开关，有效保护误操作启动。
Controlling buttons are for common functions. In order to aviod wrong operation, using double start switch effectively guarantee the safety.
翻转平台：可分不同真空区域，适合不同尺寸的产品吸附，气缸驱动翻转平台。
Flipping platform can be divided into different vacuum areas, suitable for different sizes of products adsorption. Flipping platform is drived by cylinder.
插销锁紧机构：翻转平台到位后气缸推动插销，确保产品贴合时稳定性。
The cylinder of latch locking mechanism pushes the bolt to ensure the stability of the product after the platform is in place.
光栅保护机构：设备运行时光栅保护范围感应到设备暂停运行。
When the machine is running, the gate protection range is induced to stop the operation of the machine by grating protection mechanism.
自动对位系统：CCD精准捕捉产品MARK点后，设备自动记忆通过X-Y-θ对位轴调整正确坐标值。
After CCD accurately capture the product MARK point, automatic alignment system automatically memorize the correct coordinates through the position axis of X-Y- theta to move to the bottom of the overturn platform and raise up to laminate.
除静电装置：翻转平台与网箱机构都有静电去除离子风扇，在贴合时有效的去除产品静电。
The flipping platform and the cavity both have electrostatic removal ion fans, which effectively remove static electricity when it laminate.
网版机构：可针对软膜有良好的贴合效果，不会有真空吸附印记。
Screen printing mechanism is good at soft film and no vacuum adsorption mark.
自动CCD对位机构：精准捕捉翻转板的LCD/GLASS的MARK点，记录产品位置坐标点，确保贴合精度。
Automatic CCD aligning mechanism can accurately capture the LCD/GLASS MARK of the flipping plate, record the product position coordinates to ensure the accuracy of lamination.
