产品介绍  Introduction

1 人工将需加热的产品一层一层放入加热炉内；

2 关好门，按下加热按钮；

3 加热温度达到后开始计时，达到时间后轰鸣器报警，产品加热OK；

4 打开门，人工将产品取出；

5 重复以上动作。

 

1. Put product manually into the layers.

2. Close the door, press heating button.

3. The machine will start timing when heating temperature is reached, sounding device alarm after timing reached, heating OK.

4. Open the door, remove the products.

5. Repeat the above actions.

功能特点  Features

1 人机界面可通讯温度控制器，直接修改温度及加热时间。

2 温度显示可方便观察每层温度，每层温度单独可调。

3 操作按钮，此按钮为带灯加热按钮，产品加热完成。会关闭按钮灯，方便知道哪层加热完成。

4 固化层，每层采用单独开关门，透明门，每层有单独托盘取出。

5 FFU空气过滤器能有效过滤外界空气带来的灰尘，保证一个良好的生产环境。

 

1 Heating temperature and time can be set and revised in operating interface.

2 Temperature of each layer can be observed through temperature indicator and also can be set independently.

3 When heating finished, the light in operating button will off, which is convenient to know which layer is complete heating.

4 Group of solidifying layer adopted transparent door, it’s easy to take and observe.

5 Dust can be filtered from outside effectively by FFU, which guarantees a good production environment.
