产品介绍  Introduce

1. 人工将擦拭干净Glass 放入工作平台上，按下真空按钮；

2. 工作平台移载到点胶起始位，Z轴下降，点胶阀打开；

3. 工作平台及点胶轴按照设定的图形走位，点胶完成，Z轴上升，点胶阀关闭；

4. 工作平台回到待机位，平台真空电磁阀关闭，人工下料，下一片重复以上动作。

 

1. Put clean glass onto platform and press vacuum button;

2. Platform moves to starting dispensing position, Z-axis moves down, dispensing valve standby;

3. Platform moves according to the setting graphics, dispensing valve off and Z-axis moves up after dispensing finished;

4. Platform goes back to standby position and vacuum off, discharge products, repeats the above action.

功能特点                                                 

1. 人机界面便捷设定和显示各项参数；如平台进出速度，贴合时间，真空度。

2. 光栅保护对操作人员起一定保护作用。

3. 玻璃真空吸附在贴合前，通过检测灯可再次检查确认尘点保证品质。

4. 点胶设置手柄，点胶控制系统通过手柄可设置点，线，弧等多种图形及自动存储配方。

5. 对常用功能使用按键操作，使用双启动开关，有效保护误操作启动。

6. 定位片定位放置可满足不同尺寸的产品。
