Application

The machine is used for ACF laminating onto LCD, PCB. It can reach cutting, delaminating, attaching and testing of single and multiple-layer. Moreover, it can satisfy attach all kind of ACF and X-Y axis multiple stations of Glass.

Widely used in large & middle size ACF attaching Process. (such as LCD PANEL, TOUCH PANEL, EPD PANEL, FOG and FOB bonding).

产品介绍

Introductions

1搬运机械手从入料平台抓取产品至校正ccd正上方，ccd 对产品拍照后，1号机械手xyz自动将产吕品定位完成

 Carrier A grabs Panel, then send it to above the CCD. CCD records position of Panel , then Panel is aligned to right position by adjust X-Y-θ axis.

 

 

1号搬运机械手将校正好的产品放在acf 贴附平台真空吸咐。

Aligned Panel is carried onto ACF laminating platform by carrier A., and it is attached by vacuum platform.

 

Acf 走料 切料 压头下压时间到压头上升自动剥离ccd检查往复工作

ACF feed, separate, laminate, cut and test automatic.

 

若产品需要双边贴附，acf平台y轴退至安全位，西塔轴旋转，重复以上工序

If the product need to be attached for both sides, Y axis wait untilθaxis turn to right position. Then repeat above action.

 

 

贴附完成， 2号机械手搬运下料

When laminating process finish, product is carried by carrier B

ACF保护膜回收机构，采用真空吸取保护膜至废料桶

Scrap material is collected by vacuum automatically.

 

ACF贴附检测机构：ACF贴附完成后，机构自动检测贴附效果， 如acf 贴合效果，位置精准等。

Finish attaching process, attaching result (such as location accuracy, attaching condition and so on) will be checked automatically.

 

ACF贴附压头机构：机构紧凑稳定，方便操作，从而使贴附的效果更佳。

Group of attaching head is more stable and easier operate.

 

360旋转平台机构，可多方向旋转，多工位贴附。

Group of revolving platform can be turned to multi-directions, and can be reached multi-positions attaching.

 

 

机械对位校正机构：机械手边移动边校正，有效提高acf贴附精度及工作效率

Group of visual alignment can be aligned during it move.

 

 

ACF料带检测机构:acf 用完后设备自动报警提示

When ACF run out,  group of ACF testing will alarm prompt..

 

 

切刀机构：用千分尺微调精密控制切割深度，从而避免不断acf或切断acf保护膜现象

Group of cutter is made by micrometer and it can control cutting depth to avoid the error of cutting.
