用途：本产品适用于各种硬质平面产品的硬对硬（HARD & HARD）贴合工艺；如触摸功能玻璃（SENSOR GLASS）与液晶屏（LCD PANEL）、钢化玻璃（COVER LENS）的组合贴合

介绍

一、自动对位（硬对硬）贴合

Auto Alignment ( HARD & HARD) Laminating

人工将上产品放置送料轴治具中，定位OK后，下方支撑柱支撑

Put upper-side product on feeding fixture and positioning it.

送料轴将上产品送至压头正下方

Feeding axis moves to right under pressure head.

压头下降将上产品吸住，同时送料轴退回

Pressure head goes down to attach product, feeding axis return.

压头将上产品移动至CCD摄像位置，CCD抓取MARK点后升至待机位

Pressure head moves to CCD photographing position to catch MERK point, then stand by.

人工将下产品放置于2#载台上，并按下真空按钮将其吸附牢固

Put under-side product on 2# platform and press vacuum button to attach it.

下产品移至点胶位点胶。点胶完成

Under-side product moves to dispense.

下产品移至拍照位拍照，拍照OK，自动校正OK

Under-side product moves to photographing position, photographing and aligning automatically.

上产品下贴到位，贴合OK, UV灯开启固化，复位

Upper-side product goes down to laminate, laminating OK, turn on UV light to cure it. Then reset machine.

二、手动对位（硬对硬）贴合

Manual Alignment (HARD & HARD) Laminating

已OK下产品放入3#平台上，点胶轴到位点胶

Put under-side product on 3# platform, dispensing axis moves to dispense.

载台移至CCD摄像位置，CCD实时显示产品图像

Platform moves to CCD photographing position.

人工调整X-Y-θ对位准确

Manually align through X-Y-θ adjuster.

按下启动键，压头到达贴合位贴合

Press start button to laminate.

贴合OK，人工下料

Laminating finish and take product.

重复以上工作

Repeat the above steps.
